Terms & Conditions for Products Sold via StrideZ.com website (Items sold through distribution partners are subject to their Terms & Conditions – please refer to their website for details):

GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTION
1.1 This Website is only intended to be used and accessed in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland. We cannot accept any orders from outside this jurisdiction without prior arrangement – please contact us at sales@stridez.com for international enquiries.

PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS
1.2 All prices are in British pounds sterling (unless otherwise stated). Payment must be made in British pounds sterling.
1.3 Payment can be made via Stripe as shown on our Website.
1.4 Payment by card is subject to authorisation by the card issuer. If such authorisation is refused to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
1.5 If payment is made by credit or debit card, the card will be debited when the order is placed.
1.6 We endeavour to take all reasonable care to keep your order and payment details secure and comply with industry standards. But we will not be held liable for any loss you might suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data you have submitted to the Website.
1.7 The price of our goods may increase from time to time and there may be a delay in amending the prices on the Website. If this happens we will check with you to see if you wish to receive the goods at the increased price. We accept no responsibility for manifest errors in the prices shown on the Website.
1.8 All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs.

PLACING AN ORDER
1.9 The goods displayed and information about goods and prices on our Website is an invitation to you to offer to buy.
1.10 An order is placed when you click the buy button on our order form, and conditional upon you making payment for the goods.
1.11 We shall acknowledge receipt of your order with a confirmation email to an email address provided by you. We reserve the right to refuse your order or part order.
1.12 The order shall be accepted by us when we send a confirmation email to you specifically confirming our acceptance of the offer. The date and time of the order shall be the date and time at which our confirmation email is sent to you.
1.13 Once we have confirmed acceptance of your order by a confirmation email, we shall keep a copy of that confirmation email on file for 3 months.

1.14 If you receive a confirmation email relating to an order which you did not place, or if the details in the confirmation email do not match the order which you placed, or intended to place, you must contact us immediately at sales@stridez.com.
DELIVERY
1.15 We will do our best to supply the goods ordered by you on the first available date, in most cases within 7 working days of the confirmation email. Certain products may take longer to deliver.
1.16 All goods are offered subject to availability. You will be advised of any delay in delivery times or if your goods are not available. If your order cannot be completed or is delayed beyond 28 working days, you have the right to ask us for a full refund.
1.17 Delivery costs will be charged based on First Class Recorded delivery.
1.18 If your goods are damaged in transit or the wrong goods are delivered please e-mail us on sales@stridez.com.

RETURNS POLICY
1.19 If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 7 days of delivery of the goods.
1.20 To return goods within 7 days of delivery of the goods, you must notify us by email on sales@stridez.com and thereafter you are responsible for returning any goods to us at StrideZ Ltd, 33 Brooks Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1HP. Return of goods after day 7 of delivery of the goods is entirely at our discretion.
1.21 All goods to be returned under this policy must be packaged securely, together with the packing slip sent with the goods. We recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery.
1.22 On return of the goods pursuant to these terms and conditions, conditional upon the goods being returned in the same condition (and in no worse condition) as they were sent to you, we shall refund all sums paid by you to us, but shall not be responsible to you for any cost of returning the goods, such as (but not limited to) postage charges. If the return is due to faulty or damaged goods, then all sums including return postage shall be refunded.
1.23 Except in the case of faulty or damaged goods, this right to cancel does not apply to:
